Dear Nappy Lady,
My am currently pregnant with my first baby (due in April) and have heard lots of discussions over what is best for baby - reusable or disposable nappies.
I am now completely confused and not sure which ones to buy before my baby arrives.
I have heard that disposables are very expensive in comparison?

Dear Nappy Lady,
My baby has worn disposable nappies since birth. I have tried various sorts of creams to try to combat the problem but nothing seems to work - do you have any suggestions??
