Provera worked!

Well, the Provera did work after all. Just had to be patient and wait for 8 days after taking the last tablet.

I'd forgotten to ask my consultant how long it would take to work and when I looked on the internet it ranged from 2 days to 10 days. One site even said that it has been known to take 60 days!

For once in my life I'm not complaining about it being 'the time of the month'.

I've increased my intake of Metformin from one tablet to two a day. So far it seems to be going well with only very little of the side effects so fingers crossed!

Supernanny: Fighting brothers behave when Dad gets home [Tv]

Supernanny Jo Frost is back on television tonight no Channel 4 at 8pm. Tonight's episode is a repeat but will be well worth watching if you are suffering from squabbling siblings, brothers who are violent to each other and fighting all the time only to behave when Dad gets home.

If you have any comments about how to deal with this situation or about the Supernanny program, then please add them to this blog post by clicking on 'add comment'

Happy watching!
